Définition :
Différence entre le bénéfice comptable et le revenu imposable provenant du décalage entre le moment où l'entreprise tient compte de certaines charges et pertes ou de certains produits et gains ((pour le)) calcul de son bénéfice comptable et celui où elle inclut ces éléments dans le calcul de son revenu imposable.
Note :
Cette façon de procéder s'impose au Canada en raison de l'autonomie du droit fiscal par rapport aux exigences de la comptabilité.
