Définition :
Objet de certification correspondant à un produit tangible destiné soit à la consommation, soit à la transformation en tant qu'ingrédient, et diffusé ou offert à la vente par l'entreprise ayant la responsabilité d'assurer que ledit produit réponde ou continue de répondre aux exigences sur lesquelles la certification est fondée.
Note :
Un produit tangible est destiné à la consommation s'il est à l'état fini; il est destiné à la transformation en tant qu'ingrédient s'il est à l'état brut.

Note :
