Définition :
Montant déduit du revenu brut annuel possible afin de tenir compte du taux d'inoccupation et de roulement probable, ou des loyers impayés; cette déduction est généralement exprimée en pourcentage du revenu brut annuel potentiel, puis convertie en dollars. Le pourcentage imputable aux inoccupations et aux mauvaises créances est le complément du ratio d'occupation.
