Définition :
Déficit net mensuel d'un pays dans l'U.E.P., ajusté pour tenir compte des opérations précomptables ainsi que des remboursements effectués au bénéfice de l'U.E.B.L. au titre du crédit spécial accordé par elle à l'Union en juin 1952. Si, au titre d'une période comptable, aucune opération de ce genre n'est effectuée, le déficit comptable est, pour le mois considéré, égal au déficit net.

A country's net monthly deficit (...) in the Union, adjusted to take account of any pre-quota operations or of any repayments made to the B.L.E.U. in respect of the special credit granted by it to the Union in June 1952. If there have been no such adjustments in respect of an accounting period, the accounting deficit (...) for the month is equal to the net deficit (...).
