Date :Définition
A term referring to a theory of human motivation postulated by Abraham H. Maslow.
((...)) physiological (food, clothing, shelter), safety (security), social (affiliation), esteem (self-esteem and recognition from others), and self-actualization (desire to become what one is capable of becoming). Maslow argues that the behavior of an individual at a particular moment is determined by his or her strongest need. As each need is satisfied, another need increases in strength and determines the individual's behavior. Maslow contends that once the physiological and security needs have been met, other needs in the hierarchy seek satisfaction, but not necessarily in the order stated.Note :
According to Maslow, human needs are arranged in a hierarchical pattern from physiological needs to needs of the mind or spirit.
