Process similar to enfleurage except that hot fats are employed instead of cold.
Consists in the extraction of the flowers by immersion in liquid fats or oils at a temperature of about 60 to 70° C.Note :
The flowers are placed in cloth baskets suspended in the melted fat which is heated in a water bath at 100° to 200° F.
